STEP 1: PERFORMANCE APPLICATION
  • Have your team director to submit one Performance Application for the entire team. Please only send one request per team, Link below.
  • Please include a link to a video of your performance **required**  Submissions without video will not be considered.
  • ALL Applications are due by April 30th, 2025.

STEP 2:  APPROVAL PROCESS
  • All complete applications will be reviewed by the Boston Salsa Festival artistic directors.
  • Teams must be approved to perform.
  • All approved teams will be notified by May 15th, 2025. Upon approval, the director or primary contact will receive an acceptance email with further instructions.

STEP 3: PERFORMER/TEAM REGISTRATION
  • All performers must be registered by deadline of June 30th, 2025. Performance pass is $135 per performer.
  • Teams not registered after July 1st might lose their spot at Boston Salsa Festival and other teams will be considered for the spot.
  • Price of performance passes after July 1st is $165

GENERAL PERFORMANCE INFORMATION
  • Only team members who are performing will be permitted to purchase a performer’s pass. If a team member is not performing, he or she must purchase a general admission pass to attend to attend the festival.
  • Each APPROVED team/couple will be guaranteed one performance at the 2025 Boston Salsa Festival. 
  • Multiple teams, same company performances will be approved on a case-by-case basis depending on availability.  If your team have several performances, please include the details in your application along with links to the additional videos.
  • Performances should not be longer than 3 minutes!  Any application for a couple performance longer than that will not be accepted.
  • No pyrotechnics of any form are allowed during your performance.
  • Special consideration and priority will be given to teams with multiple couples (3+ couples)
  • Performance pass at the door will be $175
